The Rules
1. Entry is free – all business welcome to apply
2. You may enter as many categories as you like but ONLY 1 entry per category
3. Entries are treated in confidence between the entrant, the Award Sponsor and the Sponsors Panel
4. Your contact details will be forwarded to all the Award sponsors unless you specifically state otherwise.
5. A maximum of 5 insertions e.g. tables, graphs or photos may be included within each entry form in addition to your 1,000 words. (This does not include your logo)
6. If your entry exceeds this word count it will be disqualified by the judges.
7. Entrants may be asked for additional supporting information at the judging stage.
8. Award winners will be announced at The Conquest Business Awards Evening.
9. Applications must be submitted by a person authorised to enter their organisation into the awards programme.
10. Entries should be in English.
11. Incomplete entries will not be judged.
12. All entries will be acknowledged on receipt. Entry forms will become the property of the Conquest Business Events and entries will not be returned.
13. Proof of sending an entry (by email) is not proof of receipt by Conquest Business Events. You should receive an email acknowledgement of your application.
14. Winning entries will be publicised. Applicants are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to protect any intellectual property associated with their application. Winners may be requested to participate in post event publicity.
15. The organisers reserve the right to withdraw an award from any applicant supplying false information within their entry. Judges reserve the right to audit any information supplied.
16. The closing date for entries is 25th January 2010
17. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By registering and completing an entry for the awards you agree to these rules.
