The Effective Promotional Campaign Award

sponsored by Business to Business Magazine & Business MK

This award will recognise a local business that has planned a campaign using all available media which could include news stories, events, print, PR and online activity to promote themselves and their products or services

Submissions are invited for a business that can demonstrate :

  • What the business set out to achieve
  • How the business went about doing this
  • The extent of success

Effective promotion is not always measured through a tangible increase in business. The shrewd campaign may not be about delivering instant results in the form of increased revenue, new clients or new markets.

Each organisation, when it sits down to devise a promotional campaign, must decide on exactly what it wants to achieve from it – and stick to it. It may be looking to raise its brand awareness, increase its profile in the community through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives or building its business and position within its market through sponsorship of, for example,  awards or sports teams.

The essential ethos of Business to Business is to act as a conduit through which business in Bedfordshire and Luton can tell other businesses in Bedfordshire and Luton about their successes, development and promotional initiatives. This award aims to honour the organisation which demonstrates how it has created and implemented the most effective promotion campaign relative to its objectives.
